He has worked in both conventional as well as post tensioned building concepts. He has an extensive knowledge and hands on experience in advanced shuttering technique mivan shuttering, tabla shuttering. He has been associated with projects for premier clients like Dell International pvt Ltd, HIRANANDHINI and CPWD Project - National Institute of Technology, Karnataka. Also he is hands on with project management software’s like Primavera and ERP.

Sridhar is our Manager - Projects of our organisation Diligent, Optimistic, Resilience defines him. Sridhar brings in an amazing work experience in project planning and execution of Residential, Pharmaceutical & Commercial buildings.

Riyaz is Civil Engineering professional having 9+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Estimation. He has sound knowledge of estimation, costing, Budgeting, Quantity Surveying, Project Variation Tracking, Planning and Scheduling and MIS reports.

With over 12 years of extensive experience in Quantity Surveying and Design Coordination of both commercial and residential projects, Vishwas has developed a deep understanding of the industry's complexities and challenges. As a Manager-QS, he brings his wealth of knowledge and expertise to our organization, where he will be responsible for overseeing and managing our quantity surveying activities.

Mr. Anil.S, handles the MEP services. A enthusiastic and result oriented B.E graduate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University with 4.5+ years of hands on experience in MEP services. His expertise is in Men and Material management, Sound Drawing detailing, Budgeting and Project Management. He has exposure in practical understanding and execution of MEP works for Industrial and Residential projects along with Services in Commercial projects. His analytical skills in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Allied Services and to formulate solutions is commendable.
He has worked for prominent builders like Brigade Enterprises ltd. ,Triveni turbines Ltd, TMEIC Industrial systems before joining us.

Anand, going by the books as designated, but is the whole and sole of all the non-technical activities or simply put “the back end guy”. Highly talented and persuasive with a comprehensive ability to solve problems diplomatically, efficient man management skills, proactive and a progressive as well as a self-motivated professional. He ensures smooth running of the company policies and contributes in sustainable growth of the company. His 9 years of experience and exposure in this field has made him grow with full of resourcefulness and innovations. He was working with Ekart, KNK Construction Pvt Ltd before joining us.

With over 5+ years of extensive experience in site execution and monitoring. He has expertise in handling industrial, and commercial projects. Resource Management, Quality Checks are key strengths.

Bhuvanashree is a recent graduate of ACS College of Engineering, having earned a degree in civil engineering. She has since joined UIN as a Quantity Survey Engineer, where she applies her knowledge to investigate the costs associated with construction and civil projects.
